This Notice of Warning is issued pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) section 14(a)(4), 7 U.S.C. ? 136l(a)(4), and notifies LG Sonic US, located in Skaneateles, New York, that it has violated FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(F), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(F), by distributing or selling misbranded devices. LG Sonic US has also violated FIFRA section 12(a)(2)(N), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N), by failing to file required reports.
