On 6/25/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to LGA Works, LLC, located in Allen, TX. The ESAFO was issued for an alleged violation of the lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting rule of the Toxic Substances Control Act. The EPA alleges that LGA Works failed to maintain firm certification to perform renovations, as specified in 40 C.F.R. Section 745.89. LGA Works has certified that it is now in compliance and will pay a civil penalty of $400.00.
