On May 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Cleanbay Inc., located in Houston, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to Cleanbay Inc's alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for failing to file annual pesticide production reports for its establishment. Cleanbay Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
