On May 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Precision Additives, Inc., located in Houston, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for Precision Additives' failure to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment. Precision Additives, Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
