On May 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Oiltanking Galveston County LLC, located in Texas City, TX. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for failure to file annual pesticide production reports for the registered establishment 93017-TX-1. Oiltanking Galveston County, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
