Nebraska Corn Processing is an ethanol manufacturing facility that uses natural gasoline and naphthalene (naphtha) as denaturants to
render its product for fuel use and unsuitable for human consumption. These denaturants are flammable mixtures regulated under 40 CFR Part 68, Risk Management Program making the facility subject to this rule. An inspection performed on September 23, 2024 revealed violations of the requirements of 40 CFR Part 68.
