Deffenbaugh Industries, Inc., owns and operates the Johnson County Landfill facility. The facility failed to comply with the Clean Air Act regulations by failing to include the location of each exceedance of the 500-ppm methane concentration and the concentration recorded at each location for which an exceedance was recorded in the previous month and failing to have records in a form suitable and readily available for expeditious review.
