On May 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f), to Neumatter Methods LLC, located in Houston, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for Neumatter Methods' failure to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment. Neumatter Methods must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
