Administrative Compliance Order on Consent in relation to the operation of the Facility emergency power generators in excess of the 100 hours for non emergency operation established by the NESHAP 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ. The emergency power generators operation was necessary to maintain the operation of the Facility while disconnected from the power grid for allowing the completion of improvements to the Facility electrical infrastructure.
