On June 23, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f), to Aquafit Chlorination Systems, LLC. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for failure to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment in El Campo, TX. Aquafit Chlorination Systems, LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
