On July 15, 2025, EPA Region 6 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b) to UVClean USA LLC, located in Richardson, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for failure to file an annual pesticide production report for its establishment by the due date. A Notice of Warning was previously issued to UVClean USA LLC in 2024 for failure to timely file reports. UVClean USA LLC certifies that it has corrected the alleged violation and paid a civil penalty of $300.
