On July 22, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Class II Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to TravelCenters of America, Inc. for violation of 40 CFR part 311(b)(3) of the Clean Water Act. The violation was due to the discharge of diesel on October 31, 2023 from a gas station in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. TravelCenters of America, Inc. agreed to a penalty of $134,800.00.
