On 7/21/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to The Ancon Group LLC, for an alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act; specifically, The Ancon Group's failure to comply with the requirements of the lead paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule. By signing the ESAFO, The Ancon Group certifies that it is now in compliance and will submit proof of payment of a civil penalty of $400.
