Respondent offered several courses in 2022 and 2023 and did not properly notify EPA at least 7 business days prior to one course and did not, within 10 business days following completion of one course, submit a post-training notification. EPA is seeking a penalty and Respondent's return to compliance. Respondent qualified for further penalty reductions under EPA's LBP ESA Policy.
