FIFRA NOW: 8/6/2025 Cleansource of Charlotte Notice of Warning for Violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Case File No. FIFRA-04-2024-3815 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulates the registration, distribution, sale and use of pesticide products pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or the Act), as amended, 7 U.S.C. ?? 136 et seq. The EPA is issuing this Notice of Warning (NOW) to Cleansource of Charlotte (hereinafter Cleansource), pursuant to Section 14(a)(4) of FIFRA. As explained below, the EPA finds that Cleansource violated FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A) by distributing or selling unregistered pesticides. On or around April 4, 2024, an EPA-authorized FIFRA inspector conducted an inspection at Cleansource located at 1022 Pressley Road, Suite C, Charlotte, North Carolina 28217. The facility was found to be selling or distributing Reset ClO2 in Reset Green (16oz), Reset Red (100g), Reset Purple (200g), and Reset Black (1000g). The inspector photographed the front and back of all four products? packaging as they appeared on a shelf being offered for sale. The inspector also collected records showing the sale and distribution of the four products by Cleansource. Upon review of the labels photographed during the inspection, the labels of all four products mentioned above included the claims, ?Mold Removal? and ?Safely removes and Deodorizes mold, mildew, fungus, a
