Hazardous waste solvents, universal waste, and paint related wastes are generated at the facility. 3P has notified as a Large Quantity Generator of characteristic hazardous waste and listed hazardous waste, last notifying on February 22, 2023. The September 2023, inspection discovered numerous violations including container related violations, waste management violations, training violations and emergency procedure violations.
