Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to AX MHC Snake River, LLC (Respondent) because the Respondent owned Snake River Mobile Home Park Public Water System (System) of Teton County, Wyoming violated EPA?s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addressed several alleged violations identified from 2022 to 2024. Violations include failure to monitor the System's water for lead and copper, residual disinfectant concentration of the water, and total coliform; and notifying the public of the violations.
