On August 21, 2025, Region 1 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Old Newgate Ridge Water Company in East Granby, CT, for failure to comply with the initial Service Line Inventory requirements of the Lead and Copper Revised Rule. The AO requires the system to submit their initial Service Line Inventory within 30 days of signature of the AO and clarifies public notification requirements under the LCRR and Lead and Copper Rule Improvement.
