On September 30, 2025, EPA Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) resolving violations of the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Regulations (SPCC) by Corporate Air Center located in Burlington, Washington. Corporate Air Center is located at Skagit Airport and is a bulk oil storage facility which had minor violations related to the facility's SPCC Plan. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $3,700 and has returned to compliance.
