On November 9, 2024, authorized representatives of the EPA conducted a compliance inspection of Respondent?s facility located at 12302 Highway 135, Pilot Grove, MO 65276 to determine compliance with the Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions. The facility failed to conduct and document an off-site consequence analysis. The facility failed to ensure and document that it was in compliance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. The facility failed to resolve all of the issues found in the Hazard Review before starting a changed process. The facility failed to retain the two most recent compliance audit reports. The facility failed to coordinate and document coordination with emergency planning and response organizations annually. The facility failed to review and update its RMP within 5 years of the prior RMP submittal.
