On 8/21/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to G & G Mex, LLC, located in Laredo, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A), for G & G Mex, LLC's distribution, sale, or offering for sale an unregistered pesticide product, Clorox Ropa. The CAFO requires G &G Mex, LLC to pay a civil penalty of $53,200 within 30 days of the effective date of the CAFO.
