On June 20, R8 issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) Unilateral Administrative (Order) to Kim and Peggy Fisher (Respondents). The Order concerns restoration for environmental damage caused by alleged illegal discharges of dredged and/or fill material to waters of the United States located in Lake Fork Canyon near Forest Service Road 106 and the Lake Fork River, within the Ashley National Forest in Duchesne County, Utah, and within the boundary of the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
