The Order addressed several violations identified from January to April 2024. Violations include failure to accurately record individual filter effluent (IFE) turbidity, failure to accurately report combined filter effluent (CFE) turbidity, and failure to produce a copy of the System?s Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA), upon EPA?s request to review during an inspection in April 2024. The Order requires the Respondent to accurately record and report IFE and CFE turbidity and update and recertify the System?s RRA by June 23, 2026.
