FIFRA NOW: 8/19/2025 Cleansource, Inc. Notice of Warning for Violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Case File No. FIFRA-04-2025-3528 Dear Michael Bornscheuer: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulates the registration, distribution, sale, and use of pesticide products pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or the Act), as amended, 7 U.S.C. ?? 136 et seq. The EPA is issuing this Notice of Warning (NOW) to Cleansource, Inc. (hereinafter Cleansource), pursuant to section 14(a)(4) of FIFRA. As explained below, the EPA finds that Cleansource violated FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(A) by distributing or selling unregistered pesticides. Summary of Facts On or around March 19, 2024, an EPA authorized inspector contacted Gerard Kiley, Chief Executive Officer of CLO2 Remedies LLC, the manufacturer and wholesaler of all Reset CLO2 chlorine dioxide products (www.CLO2Remedies.com). On April 22, 2024, Gerard Kiley provided a letter to the inspector which also contained a Certificate of Existence with Status in Good Standing, pictures and marketing material of Reset ClO2 in Reset Green (16oz), Reset Red (100g), Reset Purple (200g), and Reset Black (1000g) and screen shots of the company website.
