On 8/29/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Better Choice Brands LLC (Respondent), located in Columbia, MO, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that Respondent distributed or sold an imported pesticide product that was misbranded. Respondent is ordered not to sell, use, distribute, or remove the product, except in accordance with the provisions of the SSURO.
