On August 18, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) to Richard Williams & Associates, Inc. (Respondent), located in Richardson, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act, for Respondent's failure to comply with the requirements of the lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule. The ESAFO requires Respondent to pay a penalty of $400 within 30 days of the date of issue.
