From calendar years 2021 to 2022, Seattle Arena Company, LLC failed to submit the required Tier II Inventory Forms to the SERC, LEPC and the fire department. Seattle Arena Company, LLC submitted the 2023 Tier II Inventory Form timely to the SERC in 2024; though the 2023 Tier II Inventory form was submitted significantly late to the LEPC and the fire department. Seattle Arena Company, LLC has agreed to a pay a penalty of $53,550 to resolve these violations.
