This Clean Air Act Vehicle and Engine Expedited Settlement Agreement (Agreement) is being entered into by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4, by its delegated official, the Director of the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division, and by Deutsche Auto Parts, Inc., (Respondent), pursuant to Section 205(c)(1) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), 42 U.S.C. 7524(c)(1).
