On 7/31/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning & Notice of Intent to Terminate to San Patricio County Cooperative (Respondent), for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file pesticide production reports for its registered establishments 54848-TX-1 and 54848-TX-2 for the years 2020 through 2024.
