The Order addresses several violations identified from 2021 to present. Violations include failure to failure to monitor for total xylenes and dichloromethane during 2024, failure to provide the CCR certification for calendar years 2021 and 2022, and failure to deliver and certify a consumer notice of individual tap monitoring results in 2022. The Order requires the Respondents to monitor the System's water for total xylenes and dichloromethane; to provide the CCR certifications for 2021 and 2022; and to deliver and certify the lead consumer notice following receipt of lead monitoring results.
