EPA conducted an inspection on March 4, 2025 and a review of information available concerning the Respondent, for a renovation it performed at 127 West 135th Street, New York, New York 10030. EPA's review indicates Respondent failed to obtain a written acknowledgment from the adult occupant that the occupant had received the pamphlet pursuant to 40 C.F.R. ? 745.84(a)(2)(i). Respondent also failed to retain all records necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Residential Property Renovation requirements for a period of 3 years following the completion of renovation activities, including records of on-the-job training pursuant to 40 C.F.R. ? 745.86. Respondent must pay a penalty of $2,000 under the Expedited Settlement Agreement Program and come into full compliance.
