FIFRA NOW: 9/15/2025 Triangle Pressure Services Notice of Warning for Violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Case File No. FIFRA-04-2025-3540 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulates the registration, distribution, sale, and use of pesticide products pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or the Act), as amended, 7 U.S.C. 136 et seq. The EPA is issuing this Notice of Warning (NOW) to Triangle Pressure Services, pursuant to Section 14(a)(4) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136l(a)(4), which provides the EPA with the authority to issue a NOW. As explained below, the EPA finds that Triangle Pressure Services violated FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A) by distributing or selling unregistered pesticides and FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(L) by failing to comply with provisions of Section 7. On December 4, 2024, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted a neutral scheme producer establishment inspection at Triangle Pressure Services, located at 1230 Kirkland Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603. An EPA Inspector was also in attendance during the inspection. As of August 21, 2025, the establishment has not submitted annual production reports for the following missing years: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
