The enclosed Order alleges violations of the facility?s Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) issued Permit. The violations alleged were identified by EPA inspectors during the March 14, 2025, compliance evaluation inspection of the facility. The violations alleged are for excessive amounts of visible foam material discharging from outfall 001 at the Red River.
