On 9/17/2025, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to Space for Life Renovations (Respondent), located in Dallas, TX. The ESAFO was issued for Respondent's alleged failure to comply with the requirements of the lead based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule of TSCA. The ESAFO requires Respondent to come into compliance with the RRP rule and pay a civil penalty of $200 within 30 days of the ESAFO issue date.
