On September 16, 2025, Region 1 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Lake Hills Village Condominiums of Wolcott, CT for failure to comply with the initial Service Line Inventory requirements of the Lead and Copper Revised Rule. The AO requires the system to submit their initial Service Line Inventory within 30 days of signature of the AO and clarifies public notification requirements under the LCRR and Lead and Copper Rule Improvement.
