The facility failed to report to EPCRA Section 313 Toxics Release Inventory for its activities involving Zinc Compounds for reporting year 2022 and failed to completely report waste management activities on their forms for: 2020 Nitric Acid, 2022 Nitric Acid, 2020 Cyanide Compounds, 2021 Cyanide Compounds, and 2022 Cyanide Compounds. The facility has come into compliance by submitting or revising the forms. The facility has created a Compliance Plan to prevent recurrence of similar violations, and will pay a monetary penalty of $22,900.
