On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning & Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to M-D Building Products Inc (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to submit pesticide production reports for its registered establishments in Oklahoma City, OK (93578-OK-1) and Brooklet, GA (93578-GA-1) for the years 2020 through 2024.
