On 9/12/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Window World of Austin (Respondent). The ESAFO was issued for an alleged violation of the lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting rule of the Toxic Substances Control Act, for Respondent's failure to maintain a Lead Safe Firm Certification. The ESAFO requires Respondent to return to compliance and pay a $1,000 civil penalty within 30 days of the issue date.
