On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to Guide Energy Solutions LLC (Respondent), of Prague, OK, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 95286-OK-1 for the years 2021 through 2024.
