On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to Patterson Blain Environmental (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishments 95605-TX-1 and 95605-TX-2 for the years 2022 through 2024.
