On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to Western Environmental International LLC (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 95671-TX-1 for the years 2020 through 2024.
