On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to Custom Building Services (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 95874-TX-1 for the years 2022 through 2024.
