On March 31, 2026, a Final Administrative Order was issued to White Palace Energy, LLC (Respondent). The Final Administrative Order alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. �� 147.2903(b), 147.2920(b) and Part I.B of the permit by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Administrative Order requires the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use.
