The EPA alleges that CPM Holdings Inc. (a.k.a., Roskamp Champion) violated the RCRA hazardous waste generator requirements through its failure to correctly label its storage containers with the words, Hazardous Waste, failure to label its storage containers with the nature of the hazard, failure to provide an accumulation start date on one of its storage containers, failure to provide the required notification and receive an identification number before shipping hazardous wastes, failure to prepare and use hazardous waste manifests for the shipment of hazardous waste, and failure to properly label used oil containers. The company has corrected all of the violations that were observed by the EPA.
