Respondent's East Rutherford facility was found to have incomplete 30-day UST operation and maintenance walkthrough records of its spill prevention and release detection equipment; to be missing three months of interstitial release detection records for its USTs and associated piping; and to have incomplete records of the annual testing of its UST release detection equipment for proper operation.
