This Administrative Compliance Order is issued to the Township for violations of the NJDEP NJPDES R9 - Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit. Violations include failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to include all required information; failure to maintain sufficient documentation as required; failure to inspect and maintain stormwater infrastructure owned and operated by the Township; failure to develop and implement a program to ensure adequate long-term operation and maintenance of private stormwater facilities; failure to implement required best management practices; and failure to conduct outfall inspections. The Order includes a compliance schedule requiring the Township to address deficiencies identified during EPA's June 9, 2025, and June 16 - 17, 2025 MS4 audit.
