A Notice of Warning for the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides and misbranded pesticide devices, and failure to file Notices of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices between September 1, 2020, and June 15, 2022. Respondent sold and distributed four unregistered pesticides - Hyla Clean Air, Hyla Air Disinfectant, Hyla Surface Disinfectant, and Hyla Aqua Fresh. The Hyla EST pesticide device sold and distributed by Respondent was not labeled with an EPA establishment number. Respondent failed to file Notices of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices for imports of these products.
