NYCDOB and NYCDOHMH conducted an inspection on December 3, 2024 and provided EPA with information available concerning Respondent for a renovation it performed at 39-30 47 Ave Queens, NY 11104. EPA's review indicates Respondent failed to obtain an RRP firm certification pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 745.81(a)(2)(ii). Respondent must pay a penalty of $1,000 under the Expedited Settlement Agreement Program and come into full compliance.
