This Administrative Order on Consent (Consent Order) is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Dorothy K. Awai Revocable Living Trust (Respondent) together as the Parties, for the purpose of closing seven (7) large-capacity cesspools (LCCs) that serve a residential housing complex on Awai Lane, Haleiwa, HI 96712 (Facility).
