EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) settled on 09/16/25 for $11,250 for violations including failure to perform a waste determination, failure to maintain less than a 55-gallons of hazardous waste while in storage, failure to close a hazardous waste container, failure to store hazardous waste for less than 90 days, and failure to maintain emergency equipment.
